Thank you for being willing to serve in ministry. In order to help equip the saints, reach others with the Gospel, and to carry one another's burdens, we believe that it is vital to make sure that we are aware of dangers that could cause others to stumble, be hurt, or fall away. While we will not be perfect this side of heaven, we want to do everything within our ability to love and shepherd well. The purpose of this training helps us to be safe, alert, and aware of what can happen in a moment's notice. Once your basic training is done, we believe that you'll be better suited to serve in ministry.
